Working with TP Bennett and ISG, we undertook the preliminary and detailed designs related to the Section 278 Highway Works to ensure compliance with the City of London Corporation. The brief was to upgrade and improve the footways and streetscape around the new development, meeting the requirements set by both the developer and the City of London Corporation.

As part of our services, we project-managed the design process and conducted site supervision. This involved preliminary design, detailed 3D level design, preparing estimates, constructing the project package, liaising with stakeholders, coordinating utility works, overseeing site supervision, and monitoring finances.
