NCS was recently established in 2020 by directors Neil Blackson, Christian O’Keefe and Simon Rollinson. Although recently incorporated, the company has long been a vision by the directors to provide a well thought-out and practical service backed by common experience and a proven track record of award-winning design and construction services. Together we believe we can deliver a high-quality service to clients in both the public and private sectors to assist in driving their projects forward to fruition.

With over 60 years combined experience working with London Local Authorities on a number of highway and public realm schemes, we not only have extensive technical knowledge but also an eminent understanding of local authority requirements within a busy City environment. Having collectively worked on over 100 schemes, with a vast proportion of those being with the City of London, we felt that most projects lacked consistency between the design stages and the conversion of those designs into detailed plans fit for the construction stage.

As a result, we feel that we can offer a practical service to Clients which bridges that divide, whilst ensuring key elements such as health & safety, innovation and sustainability. Our strength is in our breadth of knowledge and our experience of project completion from inception to implementation.
