As part of the Section 278 work, we developed the preliminary and detailed designs for the highway elements around the building perimeter. This included creating the 3D level design and producing the construction package to ensure it met the requirements of the City of London Corporation.

In addition to the design work, we carried out site supervision to ensure the project aligned with the ongoing development efforts led by Skanska. Our responsibilities encompassed detailed 3D design development, production of construction package drawings and traffic management plans, extensive stakeholder engagement and coordination with utility diversions, construction project management, construction supervision, and final account resolution.
